I fabricated a sterling silver "saddle" component and riveted through top drilled, long and lean teardrop shaped Chrysocolla stones.
I have added a deep patina to the sterling silver "saddle" and sterling silver lever back ear wires.
Chrysocolla is a copper mineral with striking deposits of green malachite and sometimes blue azurite within it and is found wherever large copper deposits occur.
These earrings measure approximately 2 1/2" from the top of the sterling silver lever back ear wires.
