Aquamarine is the star of the show, and this beautiful natural stone is a soft blue with a beautiful schiller effect. Perched above is a faceted deep brown Smoky Quartz.
The back side of this special pendant features my hand sawn lotus flower growing towards the light and warmth of the sun.
The pendant itself measures approximately 2 1/2" long x 1/1/2" wide at its widest point. It hangs from a 24" textured sterling silver chain with a beautiful patina.
I crafted all of the elements by hand from a sheet of sterling silver and using traditional metalsmithing techniques. I have added a patina to the silver to bring out the details in the botanical elements.
