Fossil Coral is a natural stone that is formed when ancient coral, once a living organic matter, does not decompose, and silica gradually leaches in to replace the matter, finally becoming a stone. It typically appears as beautiful flower like formations in the stone.
I carefully handcrafted this ring of sterling silver to highlight the beautiful flower like bursts in this fossil coral. I embossed a dandelion motif to the wide band.
The ring band is approximately 20mm (3/4 inch) wide at its widest point at the front. The back of the tapers at the back to a width of approximately 10mm. This ring comfortably fits a size 7.5 finger. This ring cannot be re-sized, so please send me a message if you have questions regarding sizing.
