This pendant was inspired by the first of the Wild Iris that I saw this spring, here in the meadow at the shore of our lake with a backdrop of the alpine peaks in the distance

Mixed Metals of Sterling Silver, Copper and Brass with a small 4mm Rose Cut Purple Amethyst gemstone. I apply a patina to bring out the details of the layers.
This heart measures approximately 1 1/4" long by 1" wide at widest point and hangs on an 18" sterling silver Rolo chain. Please note that this heart is slightly larger than the original Alpine Heart.
