This beautiful hand fabricated bolo tie features a beautiful and rare Sonora Sunrise stone with an oval Chrysocolla stone above. 

Sonora Sunrise blends the blue-green tones of chrysocolla with the red of cuprite, and the  reddish-orange of chalcotricite.

Sonora Sunrise is named after a sunrise in the Sonoran Desert. Fun fact, this particular stone was hand cut by my gemologist friend who is also the person who named it. 

I decided to pair this with a Chrysocolla stone above, to coordinate with the Chrysocolla streaks in the Sonora Sunrise stone. 

Both stones are set in my hand fabricated sterling and fine silver settings.

Bolo measures approximately 3" long  x 1 1/2" wide at  widest point.
